Marijuana Sales Tax Information
In the November 2021 Election, the Marijuana Sales Tax issue passed in Saguache County, which made all retail marijuana dispensaries pay an additional 5% marijuana sales tax to Saguache County. The marijuana sales tax that is collected the prior month is due on the 20th of every month unless the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday, then it will be due on the next business day.
