The Saguache County Board of Commissioners are accepting written offers for County Owned Property currently. The lots available will be accepted by the Commissioners, at their discretion, until July 7, 2025.

In the November 2021 Election, the Marijuana Sales Tax issue passed in Saguache County, which made all retail marijuana dispensaries pay an additional 5% marijuana sales tax to Saguache County. The marijuana sales tax that is collected the prior month is due on the 20^th of every month unless the 20^th falls on a weekend or holiday, then it will be due on the next business day.
