Business Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 9:00 a.m. Work Sessions are held the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 9:30 a.m.  Agendas are prepared on Thursdays.  Items for the agenda are due by noon on Thursday. If you would like to be placed on a meeting agenda, please contact Wendi Maez at wmaez@saguachecounty-co.gov or call 719-655-2231, ext. 244. Agendas are posted on this page and the Commissioners bulletin board outside the front door of the Courthouse Friday afternoons by 4 p.m.

(2-24) 11:00  Brad Crowell, County Attorney - Executive Session for a discussion of a personnel matter regarding a specific employee with sheriff’s office salary/pay consideration and discussion under CRS Section 24-6-402(2)(f). The supervisor has advised the employee to be discussed regarding pay has been informed of their right to have the matter taken up in an open session and has agreed this matter should be taken up in executive session.  ADJOURN executive session

 

  1.  Decision for Sheriff’s office request for pay increase

Convene executive session for Executive Session for a conference with the County Attorney for discussion concerning the Cillian Hearth Design build contract for the purpose of receiving legal advice.   The County Attorney has reviewed the information and materials to be discussed and certifies it contains protected attorney client privileged communication and therefore this executive session will not be recorded.
