(9-16) 10:45  Brad Crowell, County Attorney, Executive session per CRS Section 24-6-402(4)(b) for a conference with the County Attorney for the purpose of receiving legal advice on how to proceed with McDowell/Crestone access road issue concerning the road that has been closed off.  This executive session will include our Emergency Manager, David Frees and Road and Bridge Supervisor Elvie Samora.  The County Attorney is familiar with the content and subject matter to be discussed and certifies the subject matter contains privileged attorney client communication, and therefore this session shall not be recorded.
